It's 2020!
It’s hard to believe it’s 2020! We are certainly seeing clearly with our own 20/20 vision of what’s to come in the year ahead! All market data points to another strong year for real estate. With inventory in our area being very scarce and pent up buyer demand, we anticipate it being another great year for sellers.
But with each New Year comes a time of reflection. When we look back on the last 18 years of our Joyce and Tatum partnership, we are so blessed to see so many of our goals realized, and we owe much of that to our enormous circle of friends, family and clients. Back in 2001 we sought to build a business where we made a positive impact on each and every client. Our motto at the time was "Clients are simply friends waiting to be discovered". It is these trusted words from all of you that offer us new opportunities to meet new clients and continue to serve our existing ones. In fact, we saw over 90% of our production this year come from repeat or referral business and we have YOU to thank! We are so grateful to our clients, who became our friends, and who continue to trust us to be creative in our approaches to placing them in the best advantage possible.
The year 2020 also marks the completion of five strong years as Dwell. Our brokerage has seen some incredible moments, the most recent being named the No. 1 office in San Carlos for the fifth year in a row and moving to the #1 position for Redwood City production for the first time.
With 20 incredibly talented agents, Dwell had more than $422 million in transactions for 2019!
As for our dynamic duo, the Joyce and Tatum Real Estate Team is increasingly humbled by our success with more than $71 million in home sales. In 2019 we sold 31 homes, representing 17 buyers and holding 14 listings. We were listed as the top buyer agent in Redwood City (with the majority of our sales in the prestigious Edgewood Park area) and also were named the No. 1 team in all of Redwood City and San Carlos.
As we look to the year ahead -- to seek new highs and better serve our community -- we want to thank all of our esteemed clients, friends and family. Here’s to another bright year!
