Dwell holds the majority market share in City of Good Living!
When we started Dwell just a little over 2 years ago, we knew we were on to something big. We just were not sure how big! We are excited to announce that since our inception in Feb 2015 we have been the #1 Real Estate Office for San Carlos Properties which is quite the accomplishment.
Now that we are half way through 2017, we are proud to share that we are taking that position to a new level. For the first 6 months of 2017, not only are we still the #1 Real Estate Office for San Carlos Properties but we have expanded our lead.
Dwell has done nearly 50 percent more business than its nearest competitor in representing clients for San Carlos Properties. We report having 45 transactions in the first 6 months of 2017, while our nearest competitor hovers at 27. Those numbers put us at a commanding 14 percent of the total market share in San Carlos.
Now that’s something to celebrate! It has been two and-a-half years of hard work and dedication to our clients and friends in San Carlos. It has also been two and a-half-years of continued support and trust from our extremely valued friends and clients. And for that, we are extremely grateful!

We are so excited to continue our hard work here in the San Carlos and to also see similar results in the other cities we serve, such as Redwood City, Belmont, San Mateo and beyond.
