Curtain Call on 2017: A Standing Ovation

Another year has come to a close and with it came one of our best years yet!  This year was a record for us, as partners and also as principals with Dwell Realtors, Inc. As an agency we once again rose well above our competitors and remained the #1 real estate office for San Carlos properties... the third year in a row!

Market Share Totals for 2017 show Dwell well ahead of our competitors, holding 13.5 percent of the total market share. We had transactions totaling close to $162 million, nearly $60 million above the next competitor in San Carlos. We worked hard as a team and continued to bring to our clients premiere service and our “we will stop at nothing” attitude to serve our clients in each transaction. 

As partners, Joyce and Tatum experienced incredible growth and development. We represented 15 sellers and helped 19 buyers purchase new homes.   We climbed the ranks in almost every peninsula city and became the #2 Ranked Realtor(s) for San Carlos in 2018.  

What this year has shown us is that a good year means that we must continue to strive to provide the highest level of service with every transaction. We have strengthened our desire to exceed our clients’ expectations by staying up to speed on new trends, keeping an eye for off-market opportunities and keeping close with our clients, who we consider our friends. 

 It is through your referrals that we have seen extraordinary growth and we hope to continue this trend in 2018. We hope that our solid work will keep people talking! 

And while we have steadily maintained the NUMBER ONE spot in San Carlos since Dwell’s inception, we continue to serve the entire Peninsula region, from San Francisco to San Jose. Last year alone, we listed homes from San Jose to Daly City. 

We have also enjoyed keeping close contact with our clients and have continued to serve as a referral service for any home improvements, vendors for projects, schools and neighborhood issues and more.
