We were honored to be chosen as the REALTORS® to represent this brand-new Redwood City townhome project – an approximately 29,005-square-foot development with 17 units at the corner of Harrison Avenue and Cleveland Street. 

Wondering how a real estate team was picked to represent a large residential project of this magnitude? Our approachability and personal connections are core to our business and the long-term client relationships we are so fortunate to have.

And on a practical note, we were the right fit because of our familiarity with Redwood City, 20-years of network building in the area, and our tenacity to project manage, market, and sell.


And so it began…

After our initial conversation with the developer and a hardhat walkthrough with him in November of 2020, our team swiftly became a hit-the-ground-running strategic tour de force

Along with our excitement for this tremendous project was the practical experience to know that a dynamic marketing plan was required, including impressive signage, a fully-built website, robust social media coverage, press release  and beautiful buyer presentation booklets providing details down to the bespoke custom finishes. We named the six unique floor plans to give them personality and memorability - who says our job isn’t fun?

Nothing was impossible and results were better than expected

By mid-2021, we had received our final certificate of occupancy and began showing properties off-market. Months away from completion, we got our first townhome in contract. Our preemptive, months-long planning efforts paid off and created the impact and outcomes we had hoped for.

To say the townhomes sold successfully is an understatement! Each sold quickly, including the highest price townhome in Redwood City at $2,050,000.

Talk about teamwork!

A huge thanks goes to Mozart Development, the construction crew, our marketing talent and staff, the HOA company, and the buyers who are enjoying their new homes. As a side note, we managed to close $115 million while simultaneously managing this large project. We love what we do, and it shows!
