Since starting the Joyce and Tatum Real Estate Team in 2002, we have shared the business philosophy of going above and beyond. Our similar values keep us searching for ways to improve our business, and we motivate each other in our pursuits.
We have sold over $700 million in production and helped hundreds of families buy and sell property. Our dedication and willingness to learn from each other steers our success.
IN THE BEGINNING, we thought real estate would be a fun little hobby. Little did we know it would become our life’s passion!
We met through our husbands who had been college friends at UCSB. We all landed in the Bay Area where we started our families and both purchased our first homes. Next thing you know, we found ourselves spending more and more time together and talking about how we could improve the real estate process and make it easier for people.
Our careers in high tech sales and marketing gave us the skills we needed to be REALTORS, but our vision reached way beyond the basics. What if we combined our tech talents with impeccable customer service? Bingo! Our concierge-service business model was born.
TWO DECADES LATER, it is 2022, and time has flown by! The same two husbands plus five children and a handful of pets, and we are still going strong. Since the Joyce and Tatum Team formed, we have sold over 300 homes in our communities. There are not many places we go that we don’t run into a client and/or friend. We hit a major milestone in 2021 by selling our first multi-family development in Redwood City and are on track to reach our highest sales volume ever in 2022!
Our successful brokerage Dwell that we founded in 2015 was eventually bought by Sereno, which has now become Christie’s International Real Estate Sereno. Although brokerage names may change, the Joyce and Tatum Real Estate Team goal remains the same and always will. Going above and beyond for our clients and making lifelong friends throughout the process.
