Joyce & Tatum remain No. 1 Real Estate Team in San Carlos

The numbers are in … and the numbers don’t lie!  Although we have not reached the end of 2018 just yet, our team at Dwell is poised to, once again, be named the No. 1 producing agency in the city of San Carlos! 

The Joyce & Tatum Team, along with our esteemed colleagues, are specifically leading the pack.  Real estate statistics are provided by a tool known as Broker Metrics that collects all the data for homes purchased and sold throughout the year.  

The metrics, which came out this month, are from the time period of January 2018  through the end of October 2018. We were more than excited to see that in all of San Carlos, Dwell outshines any competitor by a very large margin. 

In fact, Dwell is topping the charts as the #1 Real Estate office for San Carlos properties for the 4th year in a row owning 12.3 percent of the entire market so far for 2018. Our nearest competitor holds just 6.4 percent of the market, proving once again that Dwell has done close to double the business in The City of Good Living. 

We have really worked hard in this real estate climate and are so very proud to share our success with you. The market has remained consistent, despite the seasonal slow downs, and with it Dwell has remained consistent too. We have had the good fortune of being the city’s back-to-back leader. With this we have also been the recipients of many referrals from happy clients – and we welcome more!  

We are especially grateful to work in this great city and are thrilled to announce our move this week into our new “forever home” at 662 Laurel Street.  We feel inspired to work even harder for our clients, friends,  local businesses and the organizations that together make this city extraordinarily special.
