We worked directly with Tatum to prepare our condo in Belmont for sale. When we first reached out to Tatum in February saying that we were interested in potentially selling our home she responded immediately. We were amazed by how quickly she was ready to move on things and in fact I think she was moving faster than we were mentally prepared to move. She was perfectly happy to work on our timescale and helped walk us through what we would need to do to prepare our home for sale. This required some renovations and staging. Tatum was highly knowledgeable about what things would matter for sale and what wouldn't and who could get the job done quickly. She put us in touch with contractors, painters, and electricians who got our place in shape for sale, all while keeping our budget and timeframe in mind. She and Joyce then arranged for the stager to get our place looking fantastic, which led to the successful sale of our home by July (which was our target) for more than we thought we would get. We were so happy with Joyce and Tatum that we worked with them again on the purchase of our new home as well. While things were a bit stressful what with the sale of our home at the same time we were searching and bidding for homes, Tatum was a very calming influence. She helped us find the homes worth going after and helped us move quickly when necessary. While we didn't win every bid, she helped us finally purchase our new home in Redwood City. We are so happy with our new home, the neighborhood and all the added space. Tatum had clearly taken note of the things that mattered most to us and had looked for a home that she knew we would be happy in.
