Spring events you won’t want to miss!

Easter is finally here – a bit late this calendar year but nonetheless, it is time for hopping bunnies, egg hunts, Easter brunches and more!  Here is a list of some fun events you’ll want to take advantage of. And from our family to yours, have a very enjoyable and memorable spring holiday season!

Saturday, April 20:
Spring Tulip Teas at Filoli: Come out and enjoy a traditional tea among the beautiful gardens at Filoli. This tea begins at 1 p.m. and is hosted by Filoli. For more information, visit www.filoli.org

Sequoia Stampede 5K and Tot Trot. Come on out and sponsor Sequoia High School this Easter weekend with a family fun run. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. Saturday and the run begins at 8:30 a.m. at Sequoia High School. For more information, visit http://seqstampede.com

Alice in Wonderland Easter Egg Hunt in Atherton. Come on down to Holbrook-Palmer Park and enjoy a lovely Easter Egg Hunt. The fun begins at 9 a.m. and goes through 12:30 p.m. Cost is $15. For more information, go to easteregghunt@friendsofhpp.org

San Mateo will be buzzing with Easter spirit at its 42nd Annual Eggstravaganza on Saturday, April 20. The big hunt will take place at Central Park in San Mateo at 9 a.m. with a pancake breakfast. Come to Dave and Buster’s in Daly City for breakfast with the Easter Bunny! Fun and games will make this day unforgettable. For reservations, call (415) 840-9300.

Belmont residents will be out hunting for Easter eggs at Twin Pines Park beginning at 10 a.m. for its annual Easter Egg Adventure Hunt. There will be more than 5,000 hidden eggs, free prizes and a picture with the Bunny!

Come see the Easter Bunny visit San Carlos by helicopter. Come on down to the Hiller Aviation Museum at 10 a.m. to enjoy kid-friendly features such as a bounce house, face painting and model train display. 

Stanford Mall is getting into the Easter spirit with a shopping center-wide Easter Egg Hunt, along with face painting, petting zoo and prizes! The fun begins at 1 p.m. at the Center Pavilion at 660 Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto.

Easter Sunday, April 21, 2019:

Come on out to the Easter Sunday Easter Egg Hunt at Leo J. Ryan Park in Foster City on Easter Sunday. This annual Easter tradition will begin at 11:30 a.m. and is sponsored by the Foster City Parks and Recreation department and Gold Medal Martial Arts. For further information, call (650) 286-3380.

Easter Egg Hunt: Come on out to the Ananda Community Easter Egg Hunt and Brunch in Mountain View. The hunt begins at noon on Easter Sunday at 240 Monroe Drive, Mountain View.
