The Harrison Avenue Townhome Project was a 17-Unit new development in the heart of Redwood City listed and sold by the Joyce & Tatum Real Estate Team with record breaking success.
The new and modern development included 3 and 4 bedroom units, each just under 2,000 square feet. The units featured three unique design styles and 4 different floor plans for buyers to choose from.
The location was chosen by the developer because it is an ideal midway point between San Francisco and San Jose.
